We offer a 14-day refund period for eligible digital products purchased directly from OrangeFlow 365.

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your digital product.

  • The product was purchased directly from OrangeFlow 365.
  • The product is materially different from its description.
  • The product contains significant defects that prevent normal use.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • The refund request is submitted after the 14-day refund period.
  • The product has been modified or altered by the customer.
  • The issue results from software, systems, or configurations outside our control.
  • The customer has received the product and simply no longer requires it without a valid reason permitted under applicable law.
