Digital Products
We sell downloadable digital products including Microsoft Teams Governance Playbooks, Power Automate workflow templates, SharePoint intranet templates, Microsoft 365 onboarding guides, Power BI dashboard templates, and business productivity toolkits.
Yes. Most templates are designed to work immediately with minimal configuration. Each product page explains what is included and whether any setup is required.
Yes. Our templates are designed to be adapted to your organisation's own processes, departments, branding, and Microsoft 365 setup.
Ordering & Payment
- Click “Request This Product”.
- Complete the enquiry form.
- We send you a quote and invoice.
- Payment is made via bank transfer.
- Your product is delivered within one business day of payment confirmation.
No. Orders are currently handled by invoice and bank transfer only.
Yes. Every order includes a formal invoice with payment instructions and banking details.
Delivery
Most products are delivered within one business day after payment has been received and verified.
Products are delivered electronically by email.

Refunds
Yes. We offer a 14-day refund policy for eligible digital product purchases in accordance with applicable EU consumer regulations.
Send an email to our support team with your name, invoice number, product purchased, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days.
